Results to date for the 2009 Ontario Forage Masters Program are now available. The Contact Person in each county/district has the scores, and has contacted the participants in their areas. The top three winners in each county/district will be receiving a number of prizes at events scheduled by their local SCIA. The first place winners are eligible to enter the final provincial competition taking place at the Royal Agricultural Winter Fair in November through entries they submit to the OSCIA provincial office in Guelph by the deadline of October 1. The winner will be named the 2009 Ontario Forage Master, and will represent Ontario at the Forage Spokesperson Competition held as part of the American Forage and Grasslands Council conference which is taking place in Springfield Missouri, from June 20-22, 2010.
